Pricing & Availability

The cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably. 6 people if required.
The price includes, a welcome pack, bed linen and towels (but please bring your own beach towels), water, electric and wood for the fire.
At this moment in time, we do not have set changeover days. In the Summer, ferry crossings are cheapest on a Tuesday, and traffic not so busy, we will try to do our best to book what ever day suits you.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Deposit £100 (returnable if cancelled 8 weeks before arrival) deposit to reserve property. The remaining balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date.
Breakage Deposit £100 security deposit required before arrival, this can be a cheque. This Uncashed cheque will be returned one week after vacating property if no substantial damage.
Arrival & Departure Changeover day can be negotiated during peak season, but is flexible at other times. Cleaning team arrives at 10am.

Cleaning Please leave the house tidy when you leave. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.


Misc Fires are not allowed anywhere on the property grounds.
